Product Details

Standard work procedures

  1. Steps before entering work
    • Check the product to see if it is in a condition ready for installation or not. (In the case of the wrong type of product, it cannot be installed on site. The technician needs to report back to vFIX Contact Center for further corrective action, such as changing or returning the product completely before installation.)
      • The area that separates the wet and dry areas should have one Floor Drain at each point, totaling 2 points, or if the Floor Drain has only one point. Channels should be prepared to drain water in areas that do not have Floor Drain.
    • Check the installation point before working. In the case that the installation point is not ready, the technician will notify the vFIX Contact Center to coordinate with customers and branches to find solutions.
    • QC Center prepares quotations. (If the customer confirms acceptance of the service and payment completed The technician then went in to do the installation work.)
    • In the case of reinforced sills, there are both wet forms of lightweight brick and tile overlays and dry forms of reinforced aluminum frames, sills or side reinforcements, distance not exceeding 10 cm.
  2. Steps during work

Installation service conditions

  1. Installation requirements It is an installation work completed at one time.
    • On-site survey service fee 700.- when the customer purchases work according to a quotation of 3,000.- or more (in the case of purchasing work less than 3,000.-, we reserve the right not to refund the survey fee).
    • The above price does not include bile duct work. (hot water - cold water) and does not include demolition work of the old one and reserves the right not to accept work to dismantle the old one and move to a new installation point.
    • Bathtub work and shower screen Must have a technician survey the work site first every time.
    • Wiring and various pipes are floating.
    • In the case that the installation cannot be completed because the customer has not prepared the space or has not notified the postponement 2 days in advance, the company will charge a travel fee of 300 baht/time.
    • We reserve the right to not accept exchanges or returns for products that have been installed.
    • In the case of drilling into a cement wall or tile, the company will drill in the location related to installation only.
    • In the case of equipment other than the standard included with the product and used in installation, no additional labor charge
    • Customers must prepare the worksite area 100% completely before installation.
    • We reserve the right not to provide installation services in risky and dangerous areas.
    • We reserve the right to install in areas that already have running water and electricity.
    • If the customer does not prepare the bile hose or stop valve equipment Customers can pay additional fees at the job site at the price of equipment used other than those specified above.
    • Equipment price includes additional tax value.
    • The company will not be responsible for any damages resulting from the following cases.
      • The customer hires a third party to do the installation. or modify the company's installation work
      • The customer hires or has the company's technicians install it. Work other than the items specified in the work report. without going through the company
  2. Installation warranty
    • Installation is guaranteed for 180 days, which is based on normal use only.
    • In the case that it has already been installed The customer wants to move the installation point. The company will consider it as a new installation job.

  • Free for the first 30 kilometers only from the VFIX branch in Thai Watsadu or BNB Home mentioned above.
  • From kilometer 31 onwards, additional distance is charged at 10 baht per kilometer.

Note:

  • In the event of requesting a reschedule of service appointment, please notify us at least 2 days in advance (during office hours from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm) at phone number 1308. Rescheduling can be done a maximum of 2 times.
  • In case there is no notification for rescheduling the appointment, or if the technician has traveled and cannot proceed due to lack of customer notification of the project details or being outside the working hours in the service area, the company reserves the right to charge a travel fee of 300 Baht per visit.
  • For service changes/returns or cancellations, they can be canceled within 14 days from the date of purchase confirmation in the system.
  • We reserve the right not to refund the installation or usage fees in all cases, including standard installation equipment, which cannot be changed, cut, returned, or discounted.
  • We reserve the right to change prices and service conditions without prior notice. The service fee is net price including VAT, excluding property relocation fees.
  • We ask for customer cooperation in storing and moving property of value out of the service area, as the company will not be liable for any damage, loss, or disappearance in any case.
  • We request permission to take photos of the customer's service area for assessment purposes in providing the service.
  • If the customer incurs parking fees for the service area, additional charges may be billed later by the company.
