• It is a service only for cleaning the air conditioner. It does not include the service for refilling the air conditioner refrigerant.
• Air conditioner cleaning work guaranteed for 30 days if the air conditioner has a problem after cleaning.
• Services are provided by a team of professional technicians who have been trained in skill standards from the Department of Skill Development.
• Approximate cleaning time 4 hours (depending on the jobsite area)

Scope of air conditioner cleaning service

1. Test the operation of the machine
2. Clean the Filter and Coil Panel at the Fancoil Unit.
3. Clean the drain pipe, drain tray, blower set.
4. Check the squirrel cage fan blade motor set. and the balance of the blades
5. Clean the Condensing Unit coil panel.
6. Inject clean water with a pressure pump to remove mucus from inside the sewer pipe.
7. Clean the air conditioner in four directions, remove the mask and clean the filter.
8. Blow to clean the Return unit and rinse with normal water.
9. Remove the squirrel cage fan blade motor assembly and clean it. Check the balance of the propeller.
10. The area of the mask that supplies cold air to the Fan Coil Unit should be cleaned using a disinfectant or cleaning foam. Wipe the surface of the mask with a dry cloth.
11. Spray the Evaporator set, Fincoil panel, and clean it with normal water.
12. Spray the Condensign Unit panel with normal water.
13. Check the fluid pressure in the system. Inform the customer of the results/and notify QC CE if the refrigerant system needs to be refilled.
14. Check the electrical system in the air conditioning system. Report the results to the customer/and notify QC CE if there is a problem with a current that is much higher than the nameplate.

Standard work procedures

1. Steps before entering work
   • Check the BTU size of the air conditioner and ask for information. Date and time of the customer's last air conditioner cleaning to analyze the problem.
   • Check the height of the work area. (coil position)
   • Ask for information about abnormal operation of the customer's air conditioner that has previously occurred (if any).
2. Steps during work
   • Turn on the air conditioner to test that the machine can still work. along with measuring the cold temperature
   • Open the cover of the electrical connection point (Condensing Unit) on the Side Panel of the outer unit / use an adjustable wrench to open the Service Charge / take the gauge and gauge cable to measure the pressure of the liquid at the Service Charge / record the current. and the pressure of the machine / after inspecting the machine in detail Therefore, a plastic cloth was used to cover the floor. and cover various parts around the area to be washed
   • Turn off the breaker to cut off the power circuit. Remove the air intake mask. By pulling the air intake grill towards you. And remove the screws that hold the air suction grille out. Pull out the air suction outlet and the filter plate. Remove the Font Panel and fan. Remove the air outlet (Nozzle).
   • Remove the drainage tray.
   • Before washing, you must wrap the machine with a waterproof canvas to protect it from water. Bring cleanliness to a messy area. and connect the wastewater pipe to the outside. Use a high pressure nozzle. Spray water into the Coil Heat Exchanger panel to clean the panel. Use a high pressure nozzle.
   • Spray to clean the drain pipe for 1-2 minutes.
   • Use a Brower to dry the Coil Heat Exchanger panel. When finished cleaning the Coil Heat Exchanger panel, remove the waterproof canvas.
   • Put the parts back together. Starting by putting in the air diffuser. Then tighten the screws to lock the drain tray. insert swing motor Put on the middle cover. Put on the air mask and tighten the fastener. Tighten the screws that secure the remote control receiver. And put in the air filter / spray disinfectant all over the fin coil panel and air filter (Filter).
   • Spray the hot coil (Condensing Unit) clean without removing the parts.
3. Steps for checking work
   • When the machine is assembled The unit must be tested by turning on the circuit breaker. and turn on the remote control To test the cold using a thermometer. and test the operation of the machine to ensure that it works normally Then take a clean cloth and wipe it thoroughly again. and therefore deliver the work to the customer and explain maintenance methods for customers to understand
   • If there is a problem after cleaning the air conditioner, coordinate and notify vFIX Call Center.

Terms of service

• The above price includes 7% VAT.
• The company reserves the right to stop providing hot coil cleaning services. In the case where the hot coil location is in a high-risk area, there is no balcony or stairs cannot be used.
• Air conditioner cleaning service Product repairs are not covered. We reserve the right to cancel air conditioner cleaning services. In the case of a broken machine, it cannot be used.
• The company reserves the right not to provide clearing services. In the case that the machine has a lifespan of more than 3 years and the liquid must be drawn into the compressor in order to cut the Fan Coil Unit down for cleaning.
• The company reserves the right to provide air conditioning cleaning services. Wall mounted type only
• In the case of having to refill the air conditioner refrigerant, there will be additional costs.

• In the event that the job site requires more than 3 floors of scaffolding, additional costs will be charged.
• In case the air conditioner has a problem after cleaning, the warranty is 30 days from the date of service.
• The company will not be responsible for any damages resulting from this case.

Note:

• In the event of requesting a reschedule of service appointment, please notify us at least 2 days in advance (during office hours from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm) at phone number 1308. Rescheduling can be done a maximum of 2 times.
• In case there is no notification for rescheduling the appointment, or if the technician has traveled and cannot proceed due to lack of customer notification of the project details or being outside the working hours in the service area, the company reserves the right to charge a travel fee of 300 Baht per visit.
• For service changes/returns or cancellations, they can be canceled within 14 days from the date of purchase confirmation in the system.
• We reserve the right not to refund the installation or usage fees in all cases, including standard installation equipment, which cannot be changed, cut, returned, or discounted.
• We reserve the right to change prices and service conditions without prior notice. The service fee is net price including VAT, excluding property relocation fees.
• We ask for customer cooperation in storing and moving property of value out of the service area, as the company will not be liable for any damage, loss, or disappearance in any case.
• We request permission to take photos of the customer's service area for assessment purposes in providing the service.
• If the customer incurs parking fees for the service area, additional charges may be billed later by the company.
